About the Role
Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a two-year fixed-term assignment. You will play an active part in the hiring process, helping candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders move smoothly from one stage to the next. The role combines detailed coordination with candidate service and process improvement. You will manage interview activity and hiring materials, maintain accurate records, and use technology, including generative AI tools, to make established workflows more efficient and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the hiring process and help deliver a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and monitor interviews, keeping participants informed and resolving logistical issues quickly.
- Prepare reference summaries and materials for hiring discussions.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in project-management systems.
- Partner with recruiters and wider human-capital colleagues on recruiting activity, process improvements, and ad hoc projects.
- Use generative AI and other technology-enabled tools responsibly within established workflows and controls.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and strong project-management and facilitation skills.
- Experience following operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced setting.
- A client-service mindset and genuine care for candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across several business teams and learn quickly.
- Discretion when handling confidential information and the ability to contribute independently and collaboratively.
Specific recruiting experience is not required. Curiosity, motivation, and comfort adopting new tools matter more than a narrowly defined prior background. This could suit an early-career recruiting or HR coordinator, project coordinator, client-service professional, or operations graduate who enjoys precise, people-focused work.
