About the Role

The Learning Experience Design & Development Associate develops training solutions using prescribed tools and according to process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. The primary purpose is to develop training assets (including instructor-led training, performance simulation, and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications. This role requires moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform training solutions production on all types of development projects
• Develop a basic understanding of subject matter through provided materials.
• Gather content from Subject Matter Experts using interview protocols.
• Develop module content, materials, and media based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates.
• Develop and edit content to support overall learning goals and objectives.
• Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with detailed design prior to supervisor review.
• Collaborate with peers via professional communication channels to build relationships.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raising content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.
• Support the training solutions development process
• Use development tools according to defined standards.
• Assist with and participate in course test activities such as cycle testing using test scripts or instructions; properly document problems for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with peers via professional communication channels to build relationships.
• Complete project administration tasks
• Report status and identify potential risks for own work.
• Receive and act on feedback related to deliverables and own performance.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation
• Prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
• Prefer some academic or practical industry experience.
• Strong written communication skills - attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Basic oral communication skills.
