Starbucks Barista

About the Role

As a Barista, each day brings a variety of tasks centered on preparing quality beverages and creating a positive customer experience. You’ll craft coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items using established recipes and procedures while maintaining consistency and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Restock supplies.
• Ensure equipment and service areas are ready for continuous use.
• Collaborate with team members to keep workflow moving smoothly, especially during busy periods.
• Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions.
• Help make each visit a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
