About the Role
The Associate role at National Australia Bank (NAB) is a permanent position located in Gurugram, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains historical data for all facilities raised by property/leasing/corporate finance groups.
- Calculates interest payments.
- Monitors day-to-day activities of client relationships.
- Interacts with internal clients, peers, supervisor, or team leader, Account Managers, and Accounting personnel regarding interest payments, account queries, and account status.
- Undertakes specific tasks generally assigned on a daily or weekly basis.
- Collates information.
- Performs straightforward analysis or assists with more involved analysis of transactions.
- Provides services and information on a range of products/services.
- Delivers corporate standard of customer interaction.
- Refers difficult customers and complex situations.
- Understands own role in the team and participates actively in team activities.
- Contributes openly to team communication.
- Shares information, provides ideas, and considers others' ideas relating to team activities.
