About the Role
Valunix Consulting is hiring an HR Executive to support recruitment and candidate management. You will work with the hiring team to find, screen, and coordinate candidates for open roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Filter and shortlist candidates from databases and job portals
- Conduct telephonic screening and explain job openings to candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records and achieve recruitment targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA/BMS or BA in any specialization)
- 0-1 years of experience; freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Kannada speaking is required
