Global Sales Acceleration Program

About the Role

RZOLUT is seeking a motivated, confident, and proactive individual to join our global sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is comfortable reaching out to new prospects, and wants to build a career in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers across global markets.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and suitability for RZOLUT’s solutions.
• Run outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Conduct introductory calls, present RZOLUT’s solutions, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
• Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, prepare for meetings, and improve sales productivity.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support customer conversations and progress opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging international customers.
• Willingness to make cold calls, initiate conversations, and work towards sales targets.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools, or a willingness to learn and use them effectively.
• Good research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Interest in learning about technology, financial services, and AML compliance.

The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis. Candidates who successfully meet performance expectations during this period will be considered for conversion to a full-time position.
