Role and Responsibilities

Sales

• Contribute to store sales and consistently achieve IPT/AUS/Conversion targets.
• Assist Manager in executing monthly action plans and event calendars.
• Adhere to out-of-stock procedures as set by the Manager.
• Actively participate in FIFO process and management of Testers as per Manager's guidelines.
• Carry out focused services (% contribution to sales).
• Effectively close sales, thank customers, and invite them back.
• Follow up with customers.

Consultation

• Greet customers upon arrival with a verbal greeting and smile.
• Fully investigate customer needs using open-ended questions and demonstrate active listening.
• Conduct hygienic and educational demonstrations and consultations.

Product and Technical Knowledge

• Display a competent level of Product Knowledge and stay up-to-date.
• Complete E-Learning.
• Be aware of and adhere to security and cashiering procedures.

Personal and Counter Image

• Follow brand dress code and grooming standards, displaying a strong personal image.
• Maintain counter hygiene, keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Follow procedures for using testers to ensure hygienic cleaning, application, and sampling.
• Keep the brush belt clean and in good order.

Communication and Relationship Building

• Maintain good relationships with customers, store, SSL, Brand teams, and Mall Management.
• Attend Learning Labs/scheduled workshops, contribute to training sessions/meetings, and stay informed of store activities.
• Communicate essential information to the store team.
• Assist the team with their tasks and accurately/timely complete own tasks.

• Be punctual, flexible, and have a responsible attitude towards breaks and absence.
• Ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct and SOPs.
• Be self-motivated, use own initiative, and take direction well.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Technical skills: Retail selling skills, Effective communication, and makeup skills.
• Other Skills: Customer orientation, learning proficiency, planning and organizing, team player, influencing, problem-solving, Innovative, in touch with current trends, styles, colors, and the taste of the Indian market.
