Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data to generate actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and data analysis models.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and solve data-related problems.
• Analyse business, sales, customer, inventory and operational data.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through data.
• Support teams with regular and ad-hoc data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Should have completed relevant data analytics projects and be able to explain the approach, tools and outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data handling, analysis and visualisation.
• Minimum 80% marks in Class 12th.
• Smart, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong learning mindset with the ability to pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
• Strong ownership and ability to take responsibility for assigned work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
