About the Role
Serve existing clients, drive client growth, and lead team operations in a fast-paced insurance agency environment. Use a Salesforce-based CRM to track and report field activity while ensuring strong service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and support retention through high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and account expansion.
- Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure consistent performance.
- Train and onboard new team members to maintain standards and product knowledge.
- Report field activity and sales/client updates using Salesforce.
Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership and team supervision experience.
- Strong coaching and training ability.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-focused service skills.
