Overnight & Day Time Caregiver

About the Role

As a caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful conversations and client hobbies.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance, when requested.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Maintain client safety, monitor and report changes in client condition to agency management.
• Clock in and out on time for every assigned shift.
• Document all task activity for every shift.
• Communicate clearly to both client and management personnel.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance (if required for client transport).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with seniors.
• Growth mindset and interest in ongoing training.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for clear and consistent communication.
• Commitment to being present with clients.
• Interest in cooking meals and keeping a tidy house.

Shifts are a minimum of 4-hours.

Flexible scheduling available, including days, evenings, weekends, 12-hour shifts, and overnights.

Compensation

• $17 - $21 per hour
