Web Development & Operations Intern

About the Role

Akshara Enterprises is seeking a Web Development & Operations Intern for a minimum of 6 months in their Bangalore office. This role is for individuals who enjoy building websites, solving problems, and supporting digital project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, maintain, and improve websites and internal web tools.
• Build responsive, user-friendly websites using suitable development tools and technologies.
• Test features, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and improve website performance.
• Translate business requirements into practical features and workflows.
• Support project operations through task tracking, documentation, progress updates, and team coordination.
• Take ownership of assigned work and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on website development experience and projects to demonstrate your skills.
• Ability to understand, modify, test, and troubleshoot websites, including those built using AI.
• Working understanding of web development fundamentals, Git/GitHub, and deployment.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling development and operational responsibilities.
• Must have already built functional websites and be able to develop, troubleshoot, and deliver assigned work.

Qualifications

• Currently in your final year of study or already graduated.
• Available for a minimum six-month internship, working from our Bangalore office.
