About the Role
The Business Analyst Intern role at FSSSI Global Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market and data analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the design of solutions aligning with financial, legal, and software service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in client meetings or internal discussions.
- Help ensure business needs are clearly translated into actionable plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Contribute to process standardization and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Basic familiarity with financial or software services.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and basic process mapping.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Business Process concepts to understand workflows and suggest improvements.
- Capability in defining and managing Business Requirements to support solution design and implementation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
