This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based at Goldcrest High in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Plan lessons and prepare teaching materials.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Manage classroom activities and support diverse learning needs.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians.
• Contribute to school events and academic initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and integrate innovative methodologies into classroom instruction.

Qualifications

• Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills for primary and/or middle school learners.
• Effective Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, curriculum-aligned instruction.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or diploma in education is preferred.
• Prior classroom teaching experience.
• Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods.
• Ability to integrate basic educational technology.
• Demonstrated ability to support an inclusive classroom, manage student behavior constructively, and work collaboratively within a school team.
