Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with campaign execution.

• Support social media and email marketing initiatives.
• Assist with lead generation activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills (clear written and verbal interaction, ability to present ideas effectively).
• Market Research skills (gathering data, analyzing trends, deriving basic insights about competitors and target audiences).
• Sales-related skills (lead follow-up, relationship-building, supporting sales outreach activities).
• Marketing Strategy skills (understanding of branding, positioning, and campaign planning at a basic level).
• Customer Service skills (responsiveness, professionalism, customer-centric mindset).
• Additional beneficial qualifications:
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic data analysis.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
