This Investment Banking and Commercial Lending Intern role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. It is designed to provide practical experience and mentorship in investment banking and commercial lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial modeling, investment analysis, and preparation of pitch materials and client presentations.
• Gather and analyze financial and industry data.
• Support deal evaluation and due diligence.
• Help draft internal reports and investment memos.
• Collaborate with team members on commercial lending assessments.
• Monitor portfolio performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and spreadsheets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint for presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and investments, with interest in equity markets and lending.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and due diligence processes or a demonstrated ability to learn these quickly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, commercial lending, or capital markets through coursework, projects, or prior internships is beneficial.
