About the Role
TrekNomads is seeking a passionate and organized HR Intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the adventure tourism industry, supporting daily HR operations and assisting in recruiting top talent to build the team that makes unforgettable experiences possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
- Onboarding & Induction: Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand company protocols, culture, and policies.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize internal team-building activities to maintain a motivated environment.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, employee asset management, track attendance and leave, and assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase TrekNomads’ work culture on social media and professional networks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- A genuine passion for travel, trekking, or adventure sports is a significant plus.
