About the Role
Heads Up For Tails is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Delhi NCR. This role involves managing all store activities in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager, representing the company brand, and upholding high standards in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store.
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
- Keep up to date with product information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Animal Lover Preferred.
