Minimum Qualifications
- 0-1+ years of project engineering or construction management experience on commercial, industrial, data center, mission-critical, or similarly complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
- Working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, cost documentation, and project closeout.
- Proficiency in Procore and ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary construction documents.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work primarily on an active construction site in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or large campus projects.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, cooling equipment, controls, and fire protection.
- Experience supporting MEP/low-voltage coordination, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, BIM 360, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
