Key Responsibilities
- Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
- Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, general liability defense, premises liability, product liability, injury defense, civil defense litigation, mass tort, insurance law, or medical malpractice.
Qualifications
- Experience in civil litigation or insurance defense or general liability defense or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation or mass tort or insurance law or medical malpractice.
Salary and Other Compensation
- Annual Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
