About the Role
You will be aligned with their Finance Operations vertical and will be helping in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze finance data and reconcile transactions.
- Support order to cash, working capital, revenue visibility, cash flow and billing.
- Apply payments promptly and accurately; match and post receipts, clear unapplied and unidentified cash, process refunds, on account items and write offs, reconcile accounts and refer short pays and deductions.
- Record activities, meet targets and comply with controls, standards.
- Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Your primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor.
- You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that may be carried out.
- You will be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders.
- You will be working closely with project members to effectively deliver on the requirements.
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.
