Job Title: Human Resources Trainee

Job Purpose

To support the HR department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement while gaining practical experience in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate candidate communication and interview follow-ups.
• Support joining formalities, onboarding, and pre-joining documentation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Support HRMS activities and employee documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Coordinate with employees and other departments for routine HR activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.

Qualifications

• Freshers only – candidates with prior work experience are not eligible to apply.
• Education: BBA, B.Com, B.A., MBA (HR), or any relevant graduate qualification.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and work in a manufacturing environment.

Training and Development

The apprentice will receive practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRMS processes under the guidance of the HR team.
