Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to promote recycled plastic products, develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recycling and compounding industry.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through active client engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate recycled polymer solutions.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Maintain regular reports on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Minimum 0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in plastics, polymers, or recycling sectors.
• Technical understanding of polymers and recycled materials.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed across regions.
• Team Player, High level of Enthusiasm, Go getter attitude, Cross functional role playing capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Polymer/Plastic/Mechanical Engineering.
