About the Role

The Procure to Pay Operations Associate - Voice role is within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical. This position involves determining financial outcomes through data analysis and transaction reconciliation. The Procure to Pay team focuses on vendor compliance, savings erosion, discount capture with preferred suppliers, and pricing confirmation. The Payment Processing Operations team handles payments via checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits, and automated/manual payment runs, including duplicate payment detection and execution of payment-related controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting operational data reports and conducting analysis to determine financial outcomes.
• Reconciling transactions.
• Boosting vendor compliance.
• Cutting savings erosion.
• Improving discount capture using preferred suppliers.
• Confirming pricing.
• Making payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, direct debits, etc.
• Executing manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Running potential duplicate payment reports and taking appropriate action.
• Executing payment-related controls.
• Solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Managing your deliverables to help in the overall team's workload.
• Assisting the team when required.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation
• Understanding of vendor payments.
• Understanding of Travel and Expense (T&E).
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Well-versed with basic statistics and terms involved in day-to-day business.

This role is an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.

This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
