Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of e-commerce marketplace accounts and product listings.
• Help maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory updates, images, and promotional details.
• Monitor orders, customer queries, reviews, and basic marketplace performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing, fulfilment, and account-related issues.
• Assist with competitor checks, sales reporting, and improvements to the online buying experience for customers in rural markets.

Requirements

• Interest in e-commerce, account management, online marketplaces, and consumer products.
• Good communication, organisation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
