Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Research current market trends, audience preferences, and competitor marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing creative ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop marketing creatives and promotional materials.
• Support influencer marketing activities, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Assist in promoting events, campaigns, and brand activities to increase audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign results.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience growth.
• Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and platform engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain marketing reports, campaign records, and content calendars.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creativity and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and other content creation tools.
• Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and social media engagement.
• Good research, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new marketing strategies and tools.
