About the Role

ASHRAYANU ABACUS is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, punctual, and responsible Abacus Course Instructors / Trainers to join their growing team. The role involves conducting Abacus training sessions at partnered schools, maintaining classroom discipline, monitoring student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Prior Abacus teaching experience is not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Abacus and Mental Arithmetic training sessions for school students.
• Travel to assigned schools and educational institutions.
• Maintain strict punctuality, professionalism, and regular attendance.
• Deliver interactive, engaging, and effective classroom sessions.
• Follow the organization's prescribed curriculum, teaching methodologies, and lesson plans.
• Monitor students' academic progress and maintain training records.
• Coordinate professionally with school management, teachers, and the administrative team.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
• Participate in internal training, assessments, meetings, and educational activities.
• Demonstrate dedication, accountability, and commitment to educational standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English: Fluency required.
• Kannada: Basic conversational proficiency required.
• Hindi: Basic conversational proficiency required.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Basic teaching aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Higher Secondary or above.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent punctuality, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different school locations.
• Ability to work with children patiently and professionally.
• Positive attitude, confidence, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to commit to full-time organizational responsibilities.

Training & Development

• Selected candidates will undergo a two-month structured training program covering Abacus techniques, mental arithmetic, classroom management, teaching methodologies, student engagement, and practical instructional skills.

Compensation & Engagement

• Monthly consultancy remuneration: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000.
• Final remuneration based on qualifications, communication skills, teaching abilities, and suitability.
• Full-time, consultancy-based engagement.
• Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel.
