About the Role

The Assistant role at Shree Automobiles Ugar Khurd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office and operational activities.
• Handle phone calls.
• Greet customers.
• Coordinate basic documentation and records.
• Assist with billing.

• Liaise with team members to follow up on work orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage routine administrative tasks such as filing, basic documentation, and record-keeping.
• Strong customer service orientation, including polite communication and professional interaction with visitors and callers.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and simple data entry tools.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures and completing assigned tasks on time.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with colleagues.
• Prior experience in an office, retail, or automotive environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an added advantage.
