About the Role
- Provide first-level IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and update incidents/service requests through the ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with system configuration, user account management, software installation, and routine IT administration activities.
- Support basic networking tasks including connectivity troubleshooting, network device setup, and coordination with senior IT teams for issue resolution.
