About the Role

TOV Furniture is seeking a hands-on visual artist to transform product photography into polished, on-brand interior scenes using AI image generation and Photoshop. This role does not involve 3D modeling or CGI. The generated imagery will support product launches, merchandising, and seasonal campaigns across various platforms including the website, Amazon, email, paid, and social media. You will collaborate closely with founders and the creative team. This position is ideal for an individual with strong visual taste, a deep understanding of photography and interiors, and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently while adapting to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-volume AI-assisted lifestyle roomshots using tools like Higgsfield and Midjourney, followed by refinement in Photoshop.
  • Style scenes around TOV products such as rugs, lamps, pillows, and ottomans, ensuring accurate scale, color, shape, and fabric texture.
  • Develop multiple room styles and customer personas per product, informed by current interior trends and campaign direction.
  • Integrate people into scenes where appropriate, focusing on natural poses, lighting, and proportions.
  • Deliver approximately 25 to 50 approved roomshots per week on a consistent schedule, with a mid-week review.
  • Create 3 to 4 second AI motion clips to showcase product details like fringe, tassels, and shag.
  • Build Amazon A+ image sets, gift-guide imagery, and seasonal homepage assets, including desktop layouts at 1920 x 1080.
  • Export assets according to specifications for Shopify, Amazon, email, paid, social, and other channels.
  • Support merchandising and brand storytelling through roomshots, video, and Shop the Look product lists.
  • Maintain accuracy and synchronization of product-page photography folders and shared asset libraries.
  • Maintain reusable AI room sets and styling elements, document workflows, and train future team members to facilitate production scaling.
  • Adapt to changing deadlines across website, social media, launch, and campaign priorities.

How You’ll Work

  • Collaborate with founders and the creative team to translate detailed feedback into a unified visual direction.
  • Share review-ready previews throughout the week and incorporate feedback promptly.
  • Adhere to e-commerce file naming conventions and partner rename specifications, including the lifestyle format (e.g., TOV-…_lifestyle_01).
  • Ensure smooth production operations while developing and enhancing workflows.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Email, Paid, and Merchandising partners to ensure all assets are documented and ready for use.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • AI image generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Midjourney)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon)
  • Motion clip creation

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted interior lifestyle imagery (required).
  • Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and Midjourney, coupled with strong Photoshop skills.
  • Proven experience creating realistic, on-brand short-form AI motion content.
  • Solid understanding of retail and product photography, including lighting, color, composition, depth of field, and shadows.
  • A keen eye for interiors, styling, and current design trends.
  • Discipline in accurately representing products regarding proportions, color, materials, and texture.
  • Experience in managing digital assets and maintaining organized product photography folders.
  • Ability to build and scale repeatable AI creative workflows and select appropriate tools for specific tasks.
  • Clear communication and strong task management skills, with comfort in direct collaboration with founders and the capacity to respond effectively to detailed feedback.
  • Initiative in proposing product pairings and styling ideas, with the ability to deliver under deadline pressure.

Benefits
