Digital Media & Operations Support Specialist

About the Role

This role integrates UI/UX design, social media management, and essential team support across the brands of ZedPlus Accounting and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create intuitive UI designs (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) for web and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and improved user experience.
• Manage and grow presence across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Schedule content, engage with clients, and analyze trends for social media.
• Provide administrative, project coordination, and documentation assistance to marketing and other internal teams.
• Design engaging graphics using Canva.
• Perform basic video editing for digital channels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated UI/UX design knowledge (e.g., Figma, Canva); portfolio highly advantageous.
• Experience in social media management and engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic video editing skills (a plus).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
