Key Responsibilities

• Load trucks within 90 minutes, adhering to SOPs.
• Allocate contract manpower to achieve a productivity of more than 60 MT/group.
• Ensure manpower availability on the shop floor to manage dispatches effectively.
• Dispatch material according to the ISD (loading slip) plan.
• Properly control shift activities and productivity in all dispatch areas.
• Guide Crane operators for loading and proper forklift usage.
• Oversee forklift maintenance.
• Resolve all issues faced by transporters and truck drivers during truck loading.
• Maintain manpower discipline and prevent idling through proper control.
• Manage stock using FIFO.
• Complete GCS REPORT, TPM, and DOJO activities.
• Address safety-related issues, including the use of PPE and accident prevention.
• Study maximum load requirements for vehicles as per customer needs (e.g., double-decker, vertical loading).
• Comply with all 5S activities.
