Junior Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of basic accounting concepts and be willing to learn practical accounting operations using Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

• Pass daily journal entries in Zoho Books.
• Record and process bills accurately in Zoho Books.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Work closely with the Accounts team on daily accounting activities.
• Assist with ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Support the team with other accounting-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Candidates from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches are welcome.
• Clear understanding of basic accounting concepts, including debit and credit, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the Accounts team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Zoho Books knowledge is preferred.
