About the Role
Apprentice - Account Modification at Jainam Share Consultants Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify account opening and modification forms for completeness and accuracy of client information.
- Review KYC supporting documents (identity proofs, address proofs, PAN cards) for authenticity and compliance.
- Submit verified documents promptly for further KYC verification.
- Ensure all verification requests are processed within the stipulated Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Coordinate and follow up on discrepancies or missing information with relevant departments.
- Escalate unresolved issues or exceptional cases to the supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with NSE, BSE, and CVL KRA post-KYC verification.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all verification activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Thorough understanding of KYC norms and regulatory requirements prescribed by SEBI.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate document reviews and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
