About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Investment Banking Research Intern interested in startup fundraising, venture capital and deal origination. The role offers practical exposure to researching promising startups, analysing business opportunities and understanding the equity fundraising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Research revenue-generating D2C and Deeptech startups seeking equity funding.
- Identify startups that have previously raised pre-seed funding.
- Conduct company, industry and financial research.
- Analyse business models, funding history and growth potential.
- Build and maintain startup and investor databases.
- Assist in preparing research reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme or recently graduated.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Passionate about finance, research and startups.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Duration: 6–8 Weeks
Stipend: Unpaid
Work remotely, on a part-time basis.
