Telemarketing Executive

About the Role

The Telemarketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce EFLABS GROUP’s services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
• Clearly explain solutions such as AI, software development, and digital services.
• Address initial questions from prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or related systems.
• Follow structured scripts and campaigns.
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
• Perform basic follow-up via phone and email.
• Gather feedback from prospects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer literacy.
• CRM data entry skills.
• Ability to manage call logs and reports accurately.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about AI, software development, and digital services.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
• Skills in customer engagement, relationship building, and persuasive selling or lead qualification.
• Time management, target orientation, and the ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
• Relevant experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Chennai.
• Collaborative attitude and openness to training and feedback.
