About the Role
Location: Tulsa, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bartlesville, and Sapulpa
Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center, Ascension St. John Owasso, Ascension St. John Broken Arrow, Jane Phillips Medical Center, and Ascension St. John Sapulpa
Department: Various Units
Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift (7a-7p), Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a), 12hr shifts, 36 hr per week
Key Responsibilities
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Coordinates with all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Preferred Credential(s): Approved Local Exception
Education
- Enrolled in or completion of Nursing program required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 90 days of hire.
