R1 RCM is hiring for an International Process (US Healthcare).

- Timings: 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
- Work Location: Gurugram / Noida (Interview will be conducted in Gurgaon office)

Eligibility Criteria
- For Freshers:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Passing year should be 2024 or later.
- B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
- Candidate should be a complete fresher without a UAN Number or previous PF Record.
- For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 12 months of AR Calling (US Healthcare RCM) experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance payers to check claim status.
- Coordinate with US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers.
- Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Identify denial reasons and work towards resolution.
- Prevent claims from being written off through timely follow-up.
- Handle calling activities related to denied claims.
