Job Title: E-commerce Executive Intern
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-time Internship
Salary: 18K - 20K
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily online orders across platforms
- Handle Amazon shipment creation and coordinate dispatch processes
- Track shipments and ensuring timely delivery updates
- Draft and manage professional email communication with customers and vendors
- Maintain and update data using MS Excel (reports, order tracking, inventory)
- Assist in inventory management and stock coordination
- Support the team in day-to-day e-commerce operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Panel / shipment creation
- Good written and verbal communication skills (especially email drafting)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reporting)
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
