Java Full Stack/Mern Developer Cum Trainer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Full Stack/MERN Developer cum Trainer based in Gwalior.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java full stack and/or MERN technologies.
• Follow best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Create and deliver structured technical training programs.
• Mentor learners and junior developers.
• Support curriculum design, lab exercises, and project-based learning.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product development.
• Prepare training content and assessments.
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions.
• Provide technical guidance to trainees and project teams.
• Contribute to client projects.
• Support fresher hiring initiatives through technical evaluations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to full stack development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong hands-on skills in Java Full Stack development (Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, front-end frameworks, databases).
• Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for building scalable web applications.
• Knowledge of web technologies and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, version control (Git), and API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, or deployment pipelines is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and deliver technical training sessions, including curriculum planning, content creation, and practical labs.
• Experience mentoring learners or junior developers, with clear communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, debugging, and testing practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn continuously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
