About the Role

Embark on a rewarding career as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Hopebridge in Miamisburg, OH. This role focuses on making a meaningful impact on children with Autism.

Pay

• $16.80 - $20.00 / hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification.
• Paid training is at a lower rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and help kids and families celebrate milestones.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience necessary for training.
