This is a remote internship role for a Sales Executive at WorkshopEdge.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation activities, including researching potential customers, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
• Conduct outreach via email, calls, and online channels.
• Present product features.
• Schedule demos for senior team members.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Assist with sales materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales approaches.
• Learn the product thoroughly.
• Follow structured sales processes.
• Report on progress and key metrics.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with prospective customers, communicate clearly, and present product value in a professional manner.
• Strong research skills and comfort using online tools to identify and qualify leads and understand customer needs.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing outreach activities, documenting interactions, and updating CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Interest in sales, business development, or customer success, with a willingness to learn structured sales techniques.
• Basic understanding of software or technology products; familiarity with workshop or garage operations is a plus.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed-upon targets.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage but not required.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
