About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to provide early-career talent with hands-on exposure to real projects, responsibilities, and growth opportunities. This is a full-time internship running for 3–6 months, working 40 hours per week.

• Hourly Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
