About the Role
Hiring an intern for 6 months to coordinate and manage HR Operation and Fun@ Work initiatives. Coordinate for programs at the country level covering various human resources programs including recruitment and operational activities, fun at work, employee communication, as well as employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on JDExpert for Talent Acquisition process
- Coordination for talent acquisition process
- Reviewing policies – and fill in the gaps in policy between global/ regional & local
- Participate / facilitate fun@work, wellness and CSR activities
- Facilitate local monthly newsletter for associates
- Support in HR Operation activities
- Ideate on employee onboarding experience and execute
- Work on Adhoc reports / Requirement
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken)
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree (HR or similar would be preferred)
- 3 months or more prior experience
- Freshers are also welcomed
