Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering procedures, techniques, and work sequences to improve quality, productivity, and project outcomes.
- Perform engineering analyses and apply scientific principles to create and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to align engineering activities with project schedules and delivery targets.
- Support and coordinate engineering work, including overseeing subcontracted engineering activities.
- Identify project risks, ensure quality requirements are met, and implement processes for successful project delivery, while coaching and supporting colleagues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Degree or relevant education in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic, Process, Systems, or a related field.
- Less than 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting project delivery in a structured environment.
- Willingness to work primarily within a national scope of responsibility.
