About the Role

Drive top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale, maintaining proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., outside, cooler).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock area, register area).
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new GSA employees.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Pay Range

$16.05 - $19.26
