About the Role

The DSV Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders. Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity to earn the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• No prior experience required.
• Must have the drive, talent, and enjoy responsibility.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates.
• Authorization to work in the US must be unrestricted (DSV will not provide visa sponsorship).
• This is an in-office position only (remote work is not available).

Compensation

• Year 1: $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually)
• Year 2: $25.00/hour ($52,000 annually)
• The hourly rate of pay is non-negotiable.
