About the Role
Nando's PERi-PERi is hiring for a Cleaner/Dishwasher. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Clean and sanitize pots.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas.
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant.
- Put away orders.
- Cook chicken.
- Perform basic food preparation as requested.
- Exceed guest expectations and provide the Nando's experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Food and beverage knowledge.
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Basic English language and professional communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift.
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day.
- Hand-eye coordination.
- Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping.
- Pushing and Pulling.
- Lifting overhead.
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels.
