Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging, child-centric and age-appropriate activity-based learning experiences.
- Teach in mixed-age classroom settings, adapting instruction to meet diverse developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for children to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coaches, and specialists to deliver an integrated learning experience.
- Assess student progress through observation and child-centric evaluation methods.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Education, Psychology, or ECCE.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate pedagogies.
- Previous experience in schools with innovative or alternative education philosophies would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Kannada reading and writing would be an added advantage.
