About the Role

SpiderWorks Technologies is seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong communication and organizational skills for a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator Intern role. This position offers the opportunity to learn project coordination and client management within the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple client projects.
• Act as a bridge between the client servicing team and internal departments (SEO, content, design, social media, Paid Ads).
• Provide regular project and client updates to internal team members.
• Ensure proper and timely communication to clients regarding project progress, deliverables, and updates.
• Monitor official communication channels (including WhatsApp groups, emails, and task trackers) for updates and alignment.
• Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain project documentation, client updates, and progress reports.
• Identify bottlenecks or communication gaps and escalate issues promptly to the Project Manager.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing action items.
• Support the overall coordination of marketing campaigns for smooth execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable using communication tools like WhatsApp, Email, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital marketing basics is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
