About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Fresher Computer Vision Engineer who has a strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of object detection and hands-on experience with tools such as YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch through academic projects, internships, or personal projects. This is an opportunity to work on real-world AI applications, experiment with computer vision models, and develop practical engineering skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test computer vision models for object detection and image processing.
- Work with YOLO and OpenCV for object detection, image analysis, and video processing.
- Use PyTorch to build, train, test, and evaluate deep learning models.
- Assist in implementing real-time object detection and tracking solutions.
- Work with image, video, and sensor data for AI-based applications.
- Explore the integration of computer vision models with IoT devices and embedded systems.
- Debug models, improve detection accuracy, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and test AI-powered solutions.
- Research new computer vision techniques and contribute to ongoing projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Python (basic programming knowledge)
- C++ (added advantage)
- Familiarity with YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch.
- Understanding of computer vision concepts, image processing, and object detection.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Academic projects, internships, or personal projects related to AI/ML or Computer Vision are preferred.
- Interest in real-time AI applications, IoT, robotics, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work collaboratively in a startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with object tracking or real-time video analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Git.
- Familiarity with cameras, sensors, or IoT-based projects.
- Exposure to model training, evaluation, and inference optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/B.E, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
